As we’ve grown, our business has diversified to include support of several industries with highly competent personnel mobilized in both onshore and offshore oil and gas domestically and internationally, poultry, and construction.
Doug Scott
Co-Founder, DMS Companies
Doug Scott is the co-founder of DMS Solutions, Operating, and Technologies companies. He has over 30 years in the oil and gas industry and has served in a variety of roles in both the North American and International markets. His primary areas of focus include management of upstream oilfield service companies, driving growth in oilfield service operations both organically and through acquisitions and working with major oil and gas operators to improve their overall operations efficiency through the deployment of the factory model in shale operations.
Ron Hersche
Operations Director, DMS Operating
Ron is the Director for DMS Operating. Ron has more than 30 years of industry experience gained through domestic and international positions. He has worked from the field technician position to District / Country/ Global responsibilities. Experiences range from managing the growth and efficiencies of products to businesses. These associated businesses and products ranged through Drilling, Completions and Production phases of our industry.
Mistie Scott
Co-Founder, DMS Companies
Mistie is the co-founder of DMS Companies and directs the day-to-day execution of the business. Mistie also holds direct responsibility for Human Resources activities across all three business lines under the DMS Companies’ umbrella. Mistie’s leadership and guidance ensure DMS Companies yield an environment mutual respect and professionalism required for continued growth.
Brent Guthry
President, DMS Operating
Brent Guthry joined the team and is the President of DMS Operating. Brent has over 25 years in the oil and gas industry serving upstream and midstream markets across North & South America and the Asia Pacific region. Brent brings extensive operations, quality, product and project management, and sales experience from his time spent in offshore and onshore drilling and completions operations. Prior to joining DMS Operating, he achieved 12 years at TechnipFMC and 10 years at Dril-Quip holding various leadership roles based in the USA, Australia, and Singapore

Staci Janik
Accounting Director
Staci Janik is a certified public accountant with 20 years of accounting experience. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 and began her career working for a public accounting firm for 9 years before transitioning to a consulting role for the same firm until April 2022. Staci began working with DMS Companies in 2017.
Aaron Olivarez
Operations Coordinator, DMS Operating
Aaron Olivarez is a Regional Coordinator for DMS Operating. His core responsibilities include recruiting, performing competency assessments, and dispatching our team of technicians across the USA. He has over 12 years direct oil in gas experience in varying sectors supporting frac, flowback and well testing operations as a lead in shop and filed based roles. Aaron possesses specific product experience in a wide array of equipment including wellheads, large bore valves, and production separators. Aaron will stop at nothing to meet the needs of new and existing customers.
John Jameson
Director, DMS Technologies
John M. Jameson is a leader for DMS Technologies. He is an independent consultant with over 35 years in the oil and gas industry serving in a variety of roles including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, consolidation and integration of multiple businesses and operations management. He spent the first 30 years of his career in senior leadership positions in the upstream and midstream oilfield service sector with Halliburton, Weatherford International, Universal Pegasus and Weir.

Skipper Johnston
Skipper Johnston is the Vice President of Sales for DMS Solutions, Inc. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the Oilfield, primarily in sales for offshore and onshore in drilling, completions, workovers, production as well as plug and abandonment. She is active in several oilfield associations and serves as the Treasurer and a Board of Director for the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), the President of the Texas Oilman’s Bass Invitation (TOBI), and the Vice President for the Houston Chapter of Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH).
Scott O'Beirne
VP, Sales & Marketing, DMS Technologies
Scott serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with DMS Technologies. He has over 40 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas business. He has a broad range of experience in the drilling, completion, and formation evaluation aspects of our industry. His experience has primarily been in logging, perforating, and petrophysics, but also includes time spent in managed pressure drilling and completion operations.
